Mike Carnahan has been creating music for over 20 years. He began his journey into recording after completing the MRI Audio Engineering program at San Francisco State University. He also interned and did work at Closer Recording (SF), under producer and musician Tim Mooney (American Music Club). Founding CarnyMusic Recording in 2012, he has made some outstanding albums. He is an audio engineer, producer, musician, songwriter, and visual artist. Additionally, he is the front man of the Psychedelic Western band, The Green Door, as well as the vision behind the music project CarnyMusic. He has also been a member of the band Akron Engine, and played with John Murry. Furthermore, he has been a session musician with The Size Queens, John Murry, Karaj Lost Coast, Davis Jones, and many more.
